INDIVIDUAL AND INTERACTIVE TRAINING
Individual work is as important as the interactive one in order to grasp what motion can endeavour. The former allows us to cultivate qualities such as listening and observation, the latter gives us the opportunity to perform and assess.
Tools of trade
My training proposition includes the use of abstract tools. I believe that abstraction and creativity are a necessary steps in order to widen possibilities. In our case, it means de-contextualising the physical experience in order to widen its application. Understand throwing more than throwing a specific ball in a specific regulated sport for example.
