Learning to analyse and evaluate your physical motion are key points in order to discover and make conscious changes. Therefore, despite some instructions, an educative quest will be highly encouraged.
I will assist you to become more independent and apply motion principles to your everyday life.
Variability is one of the most valuable facet of this form of training. We train and play together in an interactive fashion which offers arguably the richest experience through aware interaction and reciprocal care.
We will actively participate in the development process of each individual which in return will challenge ourselves to grow in an endless journey if we wish. Supporting others will become a crucial point for our own improvement.
Looking at others can be inspirational, looking after others can be educational.
I see individual work as important as the interactive one in order to grasp what motion can endeavour. The former allows us to cultivate qualities as such as listening and observation, the latter give us the opportunity to perform and assess.
